Richard J. Davies is a founding member of the Seattle law firm of Kraft Davies Olsson PLLC. Practicing in federal and state courts since 1995, Rick has assisted his clients and their families in collecting millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts in complex personal injury cases for over 25-years. His work has given his hard-working clients the ability to transition into new careers after career-ending injuries, provided dignity after a loss, and helped provide for his clients’ families when they could not work due to the negligence of another. He is proud to help his courageous clients rebuild their lives after serious injuries and has a track record for winning complex personal injury cases against the denials of large corporations, fishing companies, insurance companies, government agencies, and some of the largest corporations in the world.

Rick has obtained an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™, the highest rating awarded to distinguished attorneys in the most well-respected peer review rating service for attorneys in the United States. Rick has been selected multiple times as a “Super Lawyer” by Washington Law & Politics magazine, an honor reserved for less than 5% of attorneys nationwide. He has also been listed in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers and was honored by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys as 10 Best in Client Satisfaction.

Rick limits his practice to serious personal injury and wrongful death claims for seamen, fishermen, tugboat workers, ferry workers, cruise ship passengers, maritime workers, construction workers, iron workers, victims of defective products, automobile and trucking collision victims, persons injured by the negligence of store employees, and victims of burn injuries, electrical injuries, and explosions.

Growing up in the Seattle area, Rick loves the Northwest. When he is not helping his clients in serious personal injury cases, Rick can be found with his wife and two sons on the ski slopes, paddle boarding, mountain biking, watching his sons play soccer, or otherwise spending time outdoors with his friends and family in the beautiful Northwest.
