Richard J. Davies is a founding member of the Seattle law firm Kraft Davies Olsson PLLC. For more than 30 years, Rick has represented seriously injured clients and their families in federal and state courts, recovering millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts in complex personal injury cases.

His work has helped hard-working clients transition into new careers after career-ending injuries, brought dignity to families after a devastating loss, and provided for clients who could no longer support their families due to another’s negligence. Rick takes pride in helping his courageous clients rebuild their lives, and has built a track record of winning difficult cases against large corporations, fishing companies, tug companies, Washington State Ferries, insurance carriers, government agencies, and some of the largest companies in the world.

A Seattle native, Rick has a deep love for the Pacific Northwest. When he’s not advocating for his clients, you’ll find him spending time with his family and friends on the ski slopes, paddle boarding, mountain biking, or otherwise spending time outdoors in the beautiful Northwest.
